RETURNED MERCHANDISE & WARRANTY COVERAGE
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY SHORELINE BIRDING SUPPLY CLAIMS FILED WITHIN 48 HOURS As a reminder, all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected. All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged by Shoreline Birding Supply through its shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc). Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours after order delivery date; NO exceptions. All return claims involving allegedly defective (non-damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: Shoreline Birding Supply will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the end customer for shipment back to Shoreline Birding Supply and/or its vendor partners. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was either mis-shipped or product was defective. Shoreline Birding Supply is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement. However, if theorder was correctly shipped and returned product is deemed non-defective, Shoreling Birding Supply customer is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred by Shoreling Birding Supply and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship said merchandise to the end. Exclusions: All oversized/flat rate shipping merchandise return shipping costs must be originally incurred by customer, with financial reimbursement by Shoreling Birding Supply if merchandise is found to be defective. If non-defective merchandise received by Shoreling Birding Supply does not qualify for replacement, Shoreling Birding Supply customer is fully responsible for all shipping transit costs. Shorelne Birding Supply reserves the right to take ownership of said non-defective merchandise if Shoreling Birding Supply customer does not reimburse return shipping costs and outbound re-ship fees within 60 days. SHORELINE BIRDING SUPPLY will not offer financial reimbursement for returned non-defective products. CLAIM All return merchandise claims filed after 48 hours of original delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of whether merchandise is found to be defective. Abusive wear and tear of products may not necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage. If merchandise is found to be defective, Shoreline Birding Supply will be responsible for replacement product shipping costs.Certain merchandise may not qualify for return claim authorization after 30 days of delivery receipt (see above). Shoreline Birding Supply stands by the quality and craftmanship of all available merchandise. We will work to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns. Please note, Shoreline Birding Supply may occasionally request digital photos of allegedly damaged or defective product;. Shoreline Birding Supply reserves the right to require this information only as needed.
